Appearance:
Clear with silver hues, medium-high apparent density, with good adherence to the glass and slow tears.

Nose:
A burst of lemony notes, citrus fruits, and floral hints. After a few seconds, mineral and spicy notes emerge.

Palate:
On the palate, it is well-balanced with acidity, freshness, and a warm but pleasant alcohol. The finish is delightful, with lingering flavors of aged smoked cheese — a long finish that resonates in the senses!
