1. Overview
These Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers (“Customer”) who place a reservation for the Product through the official website of Tres Espadas Import Group LLC, in partnership with American Experience Exchange (“Distributor”). By placing a reservation and paying the deposit, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Description
The pre-sale reserves one (1) case of artisanal, organic mezcal of the variety “Papalometl” (Tobalá), produced from wild-harvested agave grown on active volcanic soil.
Each reserved case includes:

• 6 bottles of 750 ml each

• Alcohol volume: 40% ABV

• Brand: Antigua Mezcalería Los Fuertes

Production is fully artisanal and limited based on agave availability and production capacity.

3. Reservation Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $120 USD per case is required to secure the Customer’s pre-sale reservation. The deposit is collected by Tres Espadas Import Group LLC and will be applied toward the total purchase price.

4. Remaining Balance & Payment
The remaining balance of $600 per case must be paid to American Experience Exchange, the licensed distributor, prior to shipment. Shipment will not occur until full payment is received by the Distributor.

5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery is estimated within 6 to 12 weeks from the date the reservation is made.

• Because this Product is made in small-batch artisanal production, timelines may vary depending on agave availability and production cycles.

• Once the Customer receives their first reserved case, they have priority rights to purchase additional weekly production, with a guaranteed allocation of 1–2 cases per week, up to 10 cases per week, subject to availability.

6. Refund Policy
Customers may request a full refund of the deposit after Week 4 from the date the reservation was made if they wish to cancel their pre-sale order.

7. Licensing & Compliance

• Tres Espadas Import Group LLC holds federal TTB permits for importation.

• American Experience Exchange holds all required national and state permits for sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages within the United States.

• All fulfillment, sales, and distribution will comply with applicable federal and state regulations.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting payment for the reservation, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Pre-Sale Terms & Conditions.
